TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At the booking, a credit card guarantee and a 20% deposit are required. If the reservation is canceled 3 days before arrival (by 2 pm local time) no penalty will be applied and the deposit will be converted into a voucher valid for 1 year. After these terms, a penalty equal to 20% of the entire stay will be charged. No show and reduction of stay: payment of the entire package. Treatments must be booked upon confirmation of stay. Treatments not performed are non-refundable. Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per day to be paid upon check out.
