As the sun begins to set, something special happens: the air softens, the lights dim, and the unmistakable aroma of freshly baked pinsa wafts from the garden.
Six different creations every week, designed to surprise.
Accompanied by a welcome tapas.
Option to add gourmet fried treats to share.
No fixed menu, no rush—just the pleasure of choosing what you want, set to the rhythm of live music from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

From 6:00 PM, when the sunset light turns the water into gold: swim, relax, forget everything, and then take your seat at the table with the perfect appetite.
